Badger
Simple, Family-Friendly Ingredients from a B Corp.
Badger makes a wide variety of products including sunscreens, moisturizers, lip balms, hair and face care, and Wellness and aromatherapy products.

Their Sore Muscle Rub is the main product we’ve been recommending from this company. It is similar to Tiger Balm or other warming muscle rubs. We prefer this product though due to the pleasant scent, and great absorption rate.

Stopain
Stopain only has two product lines, and we plan to keep both in office.
The main product line is Stopain available in Roll-in and Gel in office. The second line is the Migraine & Headache product.
Both use Menthol are a main ingredient. It is similar to products like Biofreeze. However, our office prefers Stopain due to a better consistency and absorption rate as well as a much less intense smell.

Thera Cane and Other Physical Therapy Tools
Thera Cane is a wonderful at-home self-care tool. Shaped like a Shepard’s hook or large hooked cane, it can be used to work on your back, neck, legs, and other areas without straining, asking a significant other or friend. There are online resources explaining how to use the Thera-Cane. Our office will be carrying the basic version of the cane, with a small set of printed copy of instructions.
Bouncy Balls and Tennis Balls are two other self-care tools our office highly recommends. Bouncy Balls are extremely useful for the computer uses. They can be rolled with one hand or on a desk to work into the muscles of the forearm and hand. The following image demonstrates where to use and not use a bouncy ball on the forearm.
Tennis Balls can be used against a wall on the back, lying down into the glutes, or at a desk or other sitting place with the feet. There are many wonderful sources online showing how to use a Tennis Ball for self-care.
